As we previously shared, the Algorand Foundation has put in place safekeeping measures to ensure that we are able to fulfill our refund commitments to our auction participants under the terms of the Auctions.
We have completed our second engagement with Singapore Assurance, the third party who has conducted the attestation report on the refund reserve we have set aside in a segregated account.
